If you haven't already downloaded Time Tracker, the application will walk you through doing so when it is first opened. It is necessary for both Time Tracker and Time Tracker PRO to be installed on your device. The Time Tracker application provides easy entry of time in the following ways: * With live tracking, you can start and stop time tracking as often as you like. Each time the clock is started, Time Tracker begins monitoring the time, ensuring that your time is accurately tracked to the second. * Time entry editing allows users to enter time in the past as well as the future. Independent control is provided for start of time, end of time, and duration of the time entry. * Time Tracker allows time to be tracked for an unlimited number of clients. Each client can have different billing rates and billing increments. Additionally, Each client can have many different jobs allowing independent job billing. * Time Tracker safely and accurately monitors your time across all timezones, regardless of where your travel takes you. Customizable data fields allow you to track endless amounts of data with your time entries: * Tag your time entries with as many tags as you like. * Add work order numbers. * Categorize your time entries. * Make notes about your time entries. Additional features for Time Tracker are: * Manually set or automatically determined job states: Active, Billed, Overdue, and Paid. * Network Independent - Time Tracker is fully functional with or without network connectivity. * Base currency is allowed to be set to any currency. Once defined, all financial details displayed within Time Tracker and generated reports are converted to the base currency that is defined. * Payment management - as customer payments are received, they too can be tracked within Time Tracker. These payments as well as due dates can be used to auto calculate job statuses. * Extensive Reporting capabilities such as Job Details, Client Summaries, and Year to date reports are available. Additional Quick Reports easily allowing the generation of select reports within two screen touches. * Collected data is able to be exported in a CSV format for import to other applications such as Excel and Quick Books. * Reports and exported data are able to be emailed WITHOUT requiring additional fees. * View reports directly from your device, sorting the data in a variety of ways. * Tag Management that allows for creation and deletion of tags and tag groups. * Extensive users guide that is great for understanding how Time Tracker works. * Backup/Restore to/from your device, Google Drive, or Dropbox to ensure that your data doesn't get lost. Time Tracker is a great application for keeping track of time that you have spent on activities whether working at home or traveling for business. Most applications charge hidden fees through the use of their servers for report generation; not Time Tracker. There are no additional charges beyond the purchase price of the application.
